We want you to love your Pinners Conference experience and merchandise; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible physical goods within 30 days of purchase. Please note that event tickets and workshop fees are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact and check that your purchase date is within the 30-day return window.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the Return Authorization slip inside the box before shipping it to our designated processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
